Recently some of our posts have had a common theme of “friends that go way back.” It’s been so much fun to participate professionally in some of our friends’ celebrations! This wedding featuring The Wellington House, was no exception.
Long before Paula met the gent she would soon call her husband, she and I were co-workers. Paula is smart, inquisitive and a published writer. We both worked in email/web marketing, but by far, Paula was the more talented and most deserving of great things in life! Within her circle of friends we often wondered why she hadn’t been caught by some lucky guy long ago! It’s safe to say we were thrilled to hear the news that Trevor had made the big discovery; Paula was found!
After becoming better acquainted with Trevor during their Ohio engagement session we liked him right away! There was no doubt in our mind; they were a perfect match.
Besides a brisk October wind, the wedding day was perfect! Paula was a gorgeous bride! She simply radiated the whole day! If Trevor was nervous at all, he covered it well with a steady persona. When portrait time arrived, our wedding party braved the cold and helped us get a few great shots in front of the beautiful Missio Church.
The intimate setting at The Wellington House provided a cozy warm reception. We enjoyed not only capturing priceless moments during the evening, but also reconnecting with friends from the past. From first dance to final exit, the evening was a smashing success! BTW, they really did smash the cake. 😉
Paula and Trevor, participating in your wedding was a highlight of my year! We wish you all the best in your next chapter. You have an exciting future ahead! May God bless as you show the world what being married is all about.
Here are our favorite photos from a wonderful day in October when these two said, “I Do.”
